1. Are your products original?
Yes! We only stock 100% original Pakistani branded clothing. We work directly with trusted designers and brands to ensure authenticity and premium quality.
2. Where are you based?
We are based in Dubai, UAE, and all orders are shipped locally. That means fast delivery and no customs delays for customers within the UAE.
3. Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes, we offer delivery across the entire UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, and other Emirates.
4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 10–12 business days across the UAE. Express same-day or next-day delivery is available in select areas of Dubai.
5. Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, with tags intact.
Note: We currently do not offer refunds unless the item is defective.
6. How can I track my order?
